CODEI
Teaching and Research Committee
Established on November 1, 2006, the CODEI was created to design, coordinate, and supervise the research and training activities of the Institute.
It operates according to fundamental ethical principles: beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, and justice.
In addition, it ensures that all research involving human participation complies with international regulations such as the Declaration of Helsinki and the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines.
Main Functions
- Evaluate research projects from both an ethical and scientific perspective, issuing approvals or recommendations.
- Supervise training activities, including academic days and annual seminars.
- Promote continuous professional development through internships and training updates.
- Ensure that all research activities comply with current national and international regulations.
Members
The committee is made up of a multidisciplinary team of highly experienced professionals, including Dr. Daniel Crescenti and Dr. Rosa María Bergoc, who provide expert evaluations that are both scientifically sound and ethically grounded.
